Working online gives us the opportunity to work remotely when circumstances mean that meeting in person is not possible or right for you. It is important to mention that having a good internet connection is vital for working online, as well as having a place to work where you won’t be interrupted or intruded upon.
Working online can take a different forms such as a video call, or audio-only (which is more akin to a telephone call). These types of online counselling take a similar form to a Skype or Facetime call. Rather than using social media apps or websites for online counselling, I use a secure website to ensure your privacy while you are sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings. It’s really easy to use: all you have to do is follow the link to the website that I give you. You don’t need to download anything or sign-up to anything. Just turn up at the time of your session and leave the rest to me.
Online counselling is offered at the same rate as in-person sessions. For further information, please contact me directly or take a look at Counselling Info & Fees to get an initial idea of fees and how counselling may work.
