Telephone Counselling

Telephone counselling offers you the same opportunity to make time for yourself and to share how you’re feeling without the need to meet in person.

There are many reasons why someone may choose to have counselling over the phone rather than in person: perhaps circumstances beyond your control mean that you cannot get to the therapy room, maybe meeting in person is too overwhelming to face at the moment, or maybe the counsellor you’d like to work with lives too far away.

My way of working over the phone is the same as it is if we were to meet in-person, and helping you to feel that our time together is a safe place to express yourself is still top priority. There are some differences of course – although I can help to create a safe ‘psychological space’ during your session, it will be vital that you have somewhere private to talk, so that you can feel safe enough to talk openly and honestly.

If you would like more information about telephone counselling, please feel free to get in touch and we can talk about how it would work and what you can expect from working together in this way.

Telephone sessions are offered at the same rates as in-person sessions. For further information, please visit Counselling Info & Fees
