Start here

Sometimes it can feel difficult to know where to begin, or even what kind of support might help. You don’t need to work that out before you arrive here. You can simply start with how things feel for you right now, and we’ll go from there.

So, where are you right now?

You might find yourself in a place that feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain. Or you might be feeling a quiet pull towards something more: more connection, more expression, more aliveness. Or maybe you’re somewhere in-between, feeling unsure or stagnant: on your way somewhere or waiting for something to end or begin. All are welcome here.

Just pick the spot that feels right, right now, and don’t worry about it being perfect.

Underworld

This is a place of turning inward, where things feel heavier, more tangled, or harder to carry alone.

Threshold

This is a place in between, where things feel in transition, not yet clear, but no longer as they were.

Spring

This is a place of turning outward, where you’re reaching for more joy, expression, or connection.

Most of us visit the Underworld at some point in our lives. It’s a heavier inner landscape, where things can feel confusing or turned upside down. Some of us meet it early, others later. It’s rarely somewhere we would choose to go, yet it’s a natural part of being human.

There is also an in-between place: the Threshold. A space of not quite here and not quite there. A point of transition, where things feel uncertain or paused. It can feel like waiting, or like something is forming but not yet clear.

Springtime brings a different experience. It’s a time of growth, connection, and a more open way of being. We may feel more present, more resourced, and better able to meet life with energy.

Most of us move between these states over time. We might spend long periods in the Underworld, and at other times feel more in Spring. For some, this shift takes months or years. For others, it can change day by day.

You don’t have to decide alone

If you’re unsure where you fit, that’s completely okay.

We can begin anywhere that feels closest, and let things unfold from there.

You don’t need to have the right language for what you’re feeling.
