Hello, thanks for stopping by. I’m Laura, and I’m here to hold a safe space for you to begin to unravel, make sense of whatever is troubling you, and begin to take steps forward that feel more aligned with who you really are. I work with a holistic approach which is gentle, person-centred, and tailored to help you find clarity, peace, and renewed purpose.

I’m a qualified counsellor with over 10 years’ experience, a reiki master practitioner and teacher, and a creative therapist. I’m based in Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove, and also offer online sessions.

I provide counselling, creative therapy, and reiki healing to support adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and life transitions. Additionally, I offer psychic mediumship, and spiritual art readings to help people explore their sense of self and spirituality.

I’m a Registered Member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Master Practitioner Member of the UK Reiki Federation, working towards CNHC registration. I’m also a professional member of the Creative Counsellors Community.

A Safe and Supportive Space for Your Therapeutic Journey

I work with people who may be feeling distressed, lost, or unsure, helping them reconnect with their most authentic self, process pain, and rediscover a sense of peace, purpose, hope, and happiness.

I offer safe, therapeutic spaces through a range of services, including:

I also run the Reiki and Relax group in-person every few months, as well as occasional creative therapy workshops. Remote counselling, distance Reiki, and combined counselling-and-reiki sessions are also available.

Counselling & Creative Therapy

With over a decade of experience, I have supported people through short-term crises and long-term challenges such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, and stress. My counselling approach is calm, gentle, and accepting, yet also exploratory and engaging.

Most of my counselling clients opt for traditional talking therapy, but creative approaches are also available and can be easily integrated into counselling sessions, incorporating art, music, movement, writing, storytelling, relaxation, and play into sessions. I work with individual adults aged 18+.

Reiki for Deep Relaxation and Balance

Reiki is a holistic complementary therapy that supports wellbeing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. As your practitioner, I create a safe and compassionate space for you to receive this universal life-force energy. I offer three kinds of reiki: Usui Reiki, Divine Remembering, and Spirit-Led Reiki.

Reiki can be experienced in-person, from a distance, or alongside counselling. It is also beneficial for animals, and I offer animal reiki sessions to support your pets’ wellbeing.

Spiritual Readings & Spiritual Art Readings

Alongside my therapeutic work, I also offer psychic-mediumship readings and my speciality, spiritual art readings. Both services are offered in a gentle, respectful, and inclusive way, so whether or not you consider yourself spiritual, you are welcome to explore these offerings in a way that feels comfortable for you.

In a psychic-mediumship reading, I offer compassionate, intuitive guidance and, where possible, connection with loved ones in spirit. These sessions are designed to provide reassurance, insight, and a sense of connection that can support your personal journey. With my spiritual art readings, I create a unique piece of intuitive artwork that reflects the energies, messages, and guidance that come through for you.
