I have a a selection of daytime and evening appointments available at the moment for counselling. I will respond to all enquiries ASAP, usually within 48 hours Tuesday to Friday.

Reiki appointments are now available to book, starting from 24th May 2024. Appointments will primarily be on a Friday afternoon to begin with.

Art Space has places available – Art Space is an art group with a self-care, creativity and social focus (it is not art therapy). Sessions are 11am-1pm fortnightly, beginning Friday 10th May. You can join anytime! Please enquire to book your place. If you’d like be added to a waiting list for a potential evening art group, please get in touch to express your interest.

I do not have any supervision availability at present.
