Introduction to Spiritual Readings
This is a very different kind of offering to my other services, as it involves channelling a message for you from Spirit. My understanding is that we are all born with gifts that include intuition and psychic or clairvoyant abilities, and the capability to engage with the energies of the spirit world that we, as embodied beings, inhabit as well but in a different way. These abilities may appear in smaller everyday intuitions and premonitions that we may put down to coincidence or something weird that we just forget about, such as thinking about someone just before they text you (often after a long spell of silence!). Not all of us will choose to use these gifts or engage with energies in this way. Some may not believe in it and I completely respect that. And some may not feel it is a path they want to walk, which I respect too. I believe we all have our own truth. I want to be clear that I’m not here to convert anyone to my way of thinking – please feel free to take or leave this information and this service as you see fit.
My own path has weaved in and out of engagement with these abilities over the course of my life. At times, I have felt a very strong connection and had some powerful experiences, including an out-of-body experience, past life memories and feelings, and interactions with deceased relatives, my spirit guides, angels, and other beings through sight, sound, smell and energy. At other times I have turned away from the world of Spirit because life made it difficult for me to engage. I strive to live a life of authenticity, being true to myself, and I think this is important because my work as a helping professional is about helping others to do the same. I know in my heart that I am happiest and most fulfilled when I engage with this path, and I feel it has been a part of my healing journey and life purpose to learn more about this fascinating area of life so that I might be able to help others as I have been helped.

My spiritual and psychic readings offer insight, comfort, and guidance from the higher realms, whether that’s your angels, spirit guides, or loved ones in Spirit. Each session is unique and delivered with warmth, integrity, and compassion, helping you deepen your spiritual connection and gain clarity on your life’s path. Based in Worcestershire, I offer both in-person and online readings to support your spiritual growth wherever you are.
I offer several different forms of psychic and mediumistic connection, each bringing through guidance, healing, and insight from Spirit in a slightly different way. Every session is unique, delivered with care, integrity, and the intention to serve your highest good.

In this reading, I connect with your personal Spirit Guides to communicate messages of guidance, support, and encouragement for your spiritual journey. These readings can help you understand who walks beside you in Spirit and what they wish to share to assist your growth.

Messages are channelled from the Angelic Realm and Ascended Masters, bringing through loving guidance, higher perspective, and healing energy. These sessions are ideal if you feel drawn to angelic wisdom and wish to receive insight that uplifts and aligns you with divine light.

What to expect from a reading

A reading involves me connecting with your energy, and communicating any information I may pick up. I connect with Spirit, to give you information about you and your life, and to communicate any guidance or encouragement.

For me, delivering a message from Spirit is like dreaming out loud. When I relax and lean into the energy, and explore the images that Spirit is giving me, I feel a sense of calm and flow. As the message unfolds, it often feels like floating down a gently flowing river. It can feel very poetic as I weave words together, translating energy into the thoughts, feelings and concepts that we are gifted from a higher plane.
Communicating with Spirit
When I give a reading, I receive information primarily through pictures (clairvoyance), words (clairaudience), an inner knowing (claircognizance), and feelings (clairsentience). Spirit do not communicate in the same way as we do – they do not have vocal chords, so they communicate through our senses. There is often much symbolism and metaphor, particularly when working with Spirit Guides, which I interpret based on my training and experience of working this way. The words and pictures given to me are made up from a personalised vocabulary that I am developing with Spirit.
Messages unfold in steps, and so the way I communicate a message will be by firstly describing what I am seeing: images tends to evolve and become more like a film reel, so I will narrate what I am seeing and then I will be given more once I have acknowledged it – like a game of charades. I can then draw from the image the meaning behind it. My role is to translate these impressions as clearly and compassionately as I can, so that the messages make sense and bring insight and reassurance.
Ethics
As with any other helping modality I work with, I work ethically. I understand that within any kind of helping work it is important to be aware of the inherent power imbalance between practitioner and client, and I seek to empower you as much as possible in this process. I do not see myself as having all the answers, and to an extent, I do not believe Spirit does either. We may be given hints, ideas and guidance for steps forward, but it is always up to you to look inwards and see what resonates and make sense of any information from your own frame of reference and decide whether or not to take steps to act on what you have understood – this is your life, no one else’s – and there are many options and paths available to us. Each one of us has such power to create our reality, though we may not realise it. And that power comes from connection to yourself.
Receiving guidance in this way can offer us inspiration, reassurance, hope and most of all, knowledge of just how much we are loved and supported beyond this physical existence. When I connect with Spirit, I feel so much joy, as the energy of my guides and loved ones mingles with my own. This is sacred work, but the more we can approach it with a spirit of fun, the easier and better the connection is, and the more we can get from it. This is something I hope to convey to you too during your reading.
Appointments
Fee: £50 per reading (Combined Reading and Healing sessions are £75 each)
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Session format:
Each session lasts up to 50 minutes and includes time to check in, receive your 20–30 minute reading, and gently reflect on any messages that came through (please allow up to 80 minutes for a combined Reading and Healing session).
Location:
Readings are available in person at my Bromsgrove therapy room or online from the comfort of your own space.
Availability:
In-person appointments are currently offered on Saturday afternoons at my Bromsgrove therapy room. Please feel free to get in touch to check availability or arrange your session. Online sessions offer more flexibility, and can be booked from my Calendly page.
Recording:
If you’d like a recording of your reading, I’m happy to create one for you and will send it within 48 hours of your session.
Cancellation policy:
Please note that the full fee will be charged in cases of non-attendance or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Ethical note:
I reserve the right to decide who I work with. For ethical reasons, current counselling clients will be considered for suitability on a case-by-case basis.
Combined Reading and Healing Session
Whilst we are blended with the energies of Spirit, you may also wish to receive some healing, to allow you a chance to relax and begin to integrate the messages you have received. Arguably, being in the energies of Spirit for a reading means that healing can come through during the reading anyway, if Spirit feels that is in your best interest (it can happen subtly, or sometimes quite suddenly and noticeably). But if you would specifically like to add a healing session to the end of your reading, we can do this in the form of Spirit-Led Reiki.
In Spirit-Led Reiki, I set the intention to be a bridge for the energies of our spirit guides, higher selves, angels, and other healing beings and energies to use my energy to connect with your energy and channel healing to you. For this session, we can simply remain sat in our chairs, as I extend my energy field to envelop you and invite our healing helpers in Spirit to step forwards.
Fee: You may add Spirit-Led Reiki to the end of your reading for an additional £25 (totalling £75 including the reading). Payment is required upon booking to secure your appointment.
Session length: The healing generally lasts around 20-30 minutes, as I hold space for you to relax and receive whatever healing is meant for you, for your highest, greatest good. Please allow up to 80 minutes for a combined reading and healing session

My Training and Experience
Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek of the Wellness Foundry (sadly, now in Spirit), was one of my first (and best) teachers, and he taught me the importance of always doing ‘your gentle best’ and allowing work with Spirit to be fun as well as sacred. I am forever grateful for the opportunity I had to learn with him before his sudden passing.
Whilst completing my foundation and intermediate core training with Fiongal, I also completed training in a variety of topics, including Spirit-Led Reiki, and evidential mediumship with Hannah Macintyre’s school, The Gateway, who I am continuing my training with. Hannah has an incredible energy, and teaches with a sense of fun, realness, and passion that is absolutely contagious. I offer a number of events, including live demonstrations, the Divine Doodle Club, and a monthly Angelic Healing Circle through Hannah’s very own social media platform, Spirit Social.
Both teachers are/were working professionally as psychic and evidential mediums and have imparted to me a wealth of knowledge and training around mediumship, spiritual practices, healing, and their understanding of life: its purpose and meaning. I continue to learn and develop with numerous inspirational teachers from different schools. Working with Spirit is a never-ending, fascinating journey and something I really love learning about, not least for the validation it has brought to the experiences I have had throughout my life.

Along with this formal training, I have been on a journey of reading and research since my early teens, which has been renewed ten-fold in the last few years, as I learn more and more about different philosophies, theories and experiences of the world of Spirit and the nature of life. There are common threads among many of the books I have read, and it is clear that much sharing and collaboration has occurred between generations of influential teachers over many years. Something I have come to realise is that this subject is incredibly, unknowingly vast, and every person that engages with it forms their own truth and understanding. Life, then, appears to me to be an intricate and complex inter-weaving of individual realities and perspectives. From this, I have learned that humility is absolutely key, as we can probably never know the definitive truth, if there is one. All must be held from a perspective of the ‘eternal student,’ staying curious, and willing to explore, learn more and deepen our connection to ourselves.
